Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the digital marketing services provided by All In Moore Investment Group LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). By engaging our services, you ("Client") agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Scope of Services

All In Moore Investment Group LLC agrees to provide the Client with digital marketing services as detailed in a mutually agreed-upon Statement of Work (SOW) or proposal. These services may include, but are not limited to, Search Engine Optimization (SEO), Pay-Per-Click (PPC) advertising management, social media marketing, content creation, and analytics reporting. The specific deliverables, timelines, and strategies will be defined in the SOW.

2. Client Obligations

The Client agrees to cooperate fully with All In Moore Investment Group LLC and to provide, in a timely manner, all necessary access to information, data, and digital assets required for the performance of the services. This includes, but is not limited to, access to website backends, hosting, social media accounts, and advertising platforms. The Client guarantees that all materials provided to All In Moore Investment Group LLC are owned by the Client or that the Client has the right to use them.

3. Payment Terms and Fees

Fees for the services shall be outlined in the SOW. Unless otherwise specified, invoices are due upon receipt. Payments not made within thirty (30) days of the invoice date may incur a late fee. All In Moore Investment Group LLC reserves the right to suspend all services until payment is made in full. All payments for services rendered are non-refundable.

4. Term and Termination

The initial term of the engagement will be specified in the SOW. Following the initial term, the agreement may continue on a month-to-month basis. Either party may terminate this agreement with thirty (30) days written notice. All In Moore Investment Group LLC may terminate the agreement immediately upon a material breach of these Terms by the Client, including non-payment.

5. Confidentiality

Each party agrees to maintain the confidentiality of the other's proprietary and confidential information, including business strategies, client data, and performance metrics. This obligation extends beyond the termination of the agreement.

6. Intellectual Property

The Client shall retain ownership of all pre-existing intellectual property. Any custom creative work, strategies, or materials developed by All In Moore Investment Group LLC specifically for the Client under the SOW shall become the property of the Client upon full and final payment. All In Moore Investment Group LLC retains the right to use general knowledge, skills, and experience, as well as non-confidential project details, for its portfolio and marketing purposes.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties and Limitation of Liability

All In Moore Investment Group LLC provides its services on an "as is" basis. While we employ professional skill and care, we do not guarantee any specific results, such as search engine rankings, lead volume, or revenue increases. The digital marketing environment is subject to external factors beyond our control. In no event shall All In Moore Investment Group LLC be liable for any indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost profits, arising from our services.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which All In Moore Investment Group LLC is registered, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

9. Modifications to Terms

All In Moore Investment Group LLC reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes by posting the updated Terms of Service on this page. Continued use of our services after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
